How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 pm on business days ship the same day. Mainland Spain deliveries usually take 24 to 72 hours.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over €55 to mainland Spain. For the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal see the shipping page.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We are an official retailer: every product is 100% authentic and within its expiry date.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics must be unopened with the seal intact.
Which payment methods do you accept?
